First you'll need an app like Superimpose, Sketch Club, or even a free app like Photo Wizard Lite. You can also make transparents using the computer programPhotoshop. ( Find transparents here. )
You'll just need to mask the layer you wish to turn into a transparent well using the masking tools of course such as the magic wand, the brush & erase tool.
